Cory Conacher

Cory Conacher is a former NHL and professional hockey player from Burlington, Ontario who brings elite experience and a passion for player development to his role as an on-ice instructor. Known for his high hockey IQ, work ethic, and skill with the puck, Cory now helps players of all levels improve both the fundamentals and advanced areas of their game. 

Cory enjoyed a 14-year professional career, including nearly 200 NHL games with the Tampa Bay Lightning, Ottawa Senators, Buffalo Sabres, and New York Islanders. Before turning pro, he starred at Canisius College, becoming one of the most prolific scorers in program history and earning Atlantic Hockey Player of the Year honors. He also had a standout AHL season with the Norfolk Admirals, winning both league MVP and Rookie of the Year while leading the team to a Calder Cup championship. 

After playing professionally in Europe, Cory transitioned into coaching and development. He believes skill, hockey sense, and passion go hand in hand, and he creates an environment that challenges players while helping them enjoy the process of improving. 

 

Ross Sloan

Ross Sloan is an experienced hockey development coach with a strong background in competitive play and skill-based instruction. Known for his clear, structured approach and ability to connect with players of all ages, Ross focuses on building the fundamentals that translate directly to game performance.

Ross has competed at high levels, including junior hockey and went on to Play NCAA Hockey at Plattsburgh State giving him firsthand insight into what it takes to succeed on the ice both physically and mentally. His playing background allows him to effectively teach game-relevant skills such as edge control, balance, puck protection, and making decisions under pressure. He then Went on to Coach the Oakville Blades in the OJHL for three years, followed by Coaching the U16AAA Burlington Eagles and the U18AAA Burlington Eagles.

Ross’s coaching emphasizes efficient skating, strong puck skills, smart game awareness, and a consistent compete level — helping players build confidence while maximizing their development.

Rob Hisey

Rob Hisey is a highly experienced hockey instructor and former professional player from Oakville, Ontario. He developed through the Oakville Rangers and the GTHL before playing four standout seasons in the OHL, scoring over 300 points.

Rob enjoyed a 13-year professional career across North America and Europe, including NHL-affiliated organizations and top leagues in Finland, Germany, Austria, and Sweden.

Since retiring in 2017, Rob has focused on coaching and player development. He works with players at all levels to elevate skill, hockey IQ, and confidence. Rob serves as a Head On-Ice Skills Instructor, runs his own development programs, and coaches at the AAA level with the Oakville Rangers.

Shawn Mathias

Shawn Mathias is a former professional hockey player and skilled instructor with a passion for developing players’ on-ice abilities. Hailing from Mississauga, Ontario, Shawn enjoyed a 10-year NHL career, playing 551 games with the Florida Panthers, Vancouver Canucks, Toronto Maple Leafs, Colorado Avalanche, and Winnipeg Jets.

Drawing on his experience learning from topcoaches, Shawn now focuses on helping players become complete athletes. Hison-ice sessions are built around compete and battle drills, emphasizing hardwork, smart habits, and a positive attitude — helping players build confidence and elevate their game.

Dino Felicetti

Dino Felicetti is a seasoned hockey development coach with an international playing background and a lifelong connection to the game. Born and raised in Burlington, Ontario, Dino progressed from junior hockey to a 17-year professional career in Europe, becoming a respected scorer and competitor in leagues across Italy and Germany. 

One of Dino’s career highlights was representing Italy at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, along with multiple IIHF World Championship appearances. His professional career included stops with top clubs such as the Fassa Falcons, HC Milano Vipers, and teams in Germany’s pro leagues. 

After retiring, Dino returned home and shifted his focus to coaching and player development. He has coached at the AAA level and worked with programs across Burlington, Hamilton, and Toronto, helping both boys and girls develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. His positive, supportive approach allows players to grow while being challenged to reach their full potential. 

Victoria Bach

Victoria Bach is a retired Canadian ice hockey forward who announced her retirement in June 2025 at age 28.

At Boston University (2014–2018), she became the first player in program history to score 100+ career goals (104 total), set school records with 198 points, led Hockey East in scoring, earned First Team All-American honors, and was a Patty Kazmaier Award finalist.

Internationally, she won gold with Canada at the 2014 U18 Worlds, 2021 Worlds, and 2022 Worlds.

Professionally, she earned CWHL Rookie of the Year with Markham Thunder (32 points in 26 games), played in the PWHPA, and competed in the PWHL for Toronto and Ottawa (11 points in 59 games). Known for her scoring, speed, and consistency.
